The upper is made of a super soft thick corduroy style fabric and they're lined with an equally soft fabric. Review: I LIKE THEM A LOT. BUT, I took 38-39 and 40-41. the difference between them is not significant. the thing is i wear 37 and 40-41 is good for me, not for a person wearing 38 or 39. they are small. so i don t recommend this for people wearing more that 37-38.
